48×98 The medaled C24 plank is 48 mm thick and 98 mm wide strength-classified, CE-marked and rough-planed timber. It is dimensionally accurate lumber that fits the frame and structures. Strength-graded timber is always used in load-bearing structures. The C24 strength class is the most common strength class used in construction.

48×98 The medaled C24 plank is rough lumber. It is used for many types of construction, e.g. in frame structures of small buildings, as board frames, partitions, fences, etc.

Medalized = Accurate rough-planed lumber. The medallion is done by planing the sawn material at a high feed rate of about 1 mm on each side. The planing mark is thus rough, it has wavy ridges, and the product may also have unplaned areas.
