Factory.Sale offers different payment solutions depending on the order type, customer needs, transaction value and agreed terms. Our goal is to make the payment process clear, secure and suitable for both local and international buyers.

On Factory.Sale, you may be able to pay by Visa card, PayPal, Escrow payment or bank transfer by invoice. For larger, international or custom orders, Factory.Sale confirms the payment method, delivery cost and order terms before payment is made.

Secure payments for international trade

Factory.Sale connects buyers, manufacturers and suppliers across different countries. That is why payment clarity is important. Before paying, buyers should know what they are paying for, what is included in the order, what delivery terms apply and which payment method is suitable for the transaction.

Before payment, Factory.Sale may confirm:

the product or offer,
the final order amount,
VAT information, if applicable,
delivery cost and delivery details,
payment method and payment terms,
the next steps after payment.

If VAT applies to the order, it will be shown separately in the order confirmation and/or invoice. Payments are generally made in EUR unless agreed otherwise.

How payments generally work on Factory.Sale

1. Choose a product or request an offer

The buyer selects a product on Factory.Sale, sends a price inquiry or confirms the order details with the Factory.Sale team.

2. Confirm the order details

Before payment, Factory.Sale confirms the product, price, delivery cost, VAT information where applicable, and any relevant order conditions. For larger or custom orders, the suitable payment method may depend on the product type, destination country and agreed delivery terms.

3. Select a suitable payment method

Depending on the order, you may be able to pay by Visa Secure card payment, PayPal, Escrow payment, bank transfer by invoice or another separately agreed payment solution.

4. Make the payment

The payment is completed through the selected payment method. Card payments may require additional authentication. PayPal payments may be made through a payment link sent by Factory.Sale. With Escrow, the buyer’s funds are held securely until the agreed transaction conditions are fulfilled.

5. The order is processed

Once the payment is confirmed or the agreed payment conditions are fulfilled, Factory.Sale starts processing the order according to the agreed terms.

Visa Secure card payment

Visa Secure is suitable for buyers who want to pay directly by Visa credit or debit card and benefit from an additional layer of online payment protection when required.

During the payment process, your card issuer may ask you to verify your identity. This may happen through a banking app, one-time password, biometric verification or another method provided by your bank or card issuer. Factory.Sale does not control the authentication method or payment approval decision.

Visa Secure is especially suitable for:

international buyers,
smaller and medium-sized product orders,
buyers who prefer card payments,
orders where fast payment confirmation is useful,
customers who want a familiar online payment method.

PayPal payment

PayPal is suitable for buyers who prefer using a familiar international payment environment. On Factory.Sale, PayPal payments are available for selected orders.

PayPal payments are usually made through a payment link. After the order details are confirmed, Factory.Sale sends the buyer a PayPal payment link for the confirmed amount. The order is processed after the payment has been received.

PayPal is especially suitable for:

smaller and medium-sized product orders,
buyers who prefer paying through PayPal,
customers who want to use a known payment environment.

PayPal Buyer Protection may apply to eligible purchases under PayPal’s own terms and conditions. Factory.Sale’s own delivery, return and warranty conditions remain valid regardless of the selected payment method.

Escrow payment

Escrow is suitable for higher-value orders, new business relationships and international transactions where both the buyer and seller want additional confidence.

With an Escrow payment, the buyer’s funds are held by a neutral third party until the agreed transaction conditions are fulfilled. This helps reduce risk for both sides: the buyer does not pay the seller directly before the agreed conditions are met, and the seller receives confirmation that funds are secured for the transaction.

Escrow is especially suitable for:

higher-value orders,
international B2B transactions,
new buyer-supplier relationships,

orders where clear milestones and conditions are important,
transactions where both sides want additional protection.

Factory.Sale Escrow payments are facilitated through Escrow.com. Escrow.com acts as an independent third party that manages and safeguards funds during the transaction process.

Bank transfer by invoice

Bank transfer by invoice is suitable for standard B2B orders and agreed business purchases.

When an order is handled by invoice, Factory.Sale confirms the order amount, VAT information, delivery cost and payment terms before payment. The order is processed after the payment has been received or according to separately agreed payment terms.

Bank transfer is especially suitable for:

business customers,
standard B2B orders,
confirmed price offers,
larger orders where invoice-based payment is preferred.

Installment payment or custom terms

Installment payment or other custom payment terms may be available depending on the product, order amount, destination country and agreed conditions.

General payment terms

Payments on Factory.Sale are generally made in EUR unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery costs, if applicable, are confirmed separately before payment.

If the buyer pays in a currency other than EUR, currency conversion fees, bank fees or other payment service provider fees may apply.
