How long does the entire process take?

The duration depends on the complexity of the building, the chosen materials, and supply availability. Generally, it takes 2–4 months from contract signing to handover. Standard model projects can be completed faster, while custom solutions require more precision and coordination.

Can changes be made during the process?

Changes are possible until production begins. Once production is underway, design or material modifications are no longer feasible. Therefore, we recommend carefully finalizing all details and solutions during the consultation and design stage.

How much input does the client have?

The client’s input is important at every stage – from choosing the layout to selecting materials, colors, and technical systems. For example, the client can decide on the roof shape, window type, or interior solutions. Our goal is to ensure that the final result fully matches the client’s vision.

Can the holiday home be used year-round?

Yes. An insulated solution is perfectly suitable for winter use. For summer use, a simpler structure is sufficient, but for year-round living we recommend insulated walls, high-quality windows, and a proper heating system.
