Thank you for the vertical barrel sauna you delivered. Despite the challenges, the sauna was successfully assembled and is now in use. The end result is very good, but we would like to provide feedback, especially regarding the assembly instructions.
The assembly instructions were quite broad, and following them caused several situations where we had to figure out the correct procedure ourselves. In addition, some parts that were part of the assembly were missing from the parts list, which caused additional uncertainty during the project.
Following the assembly instructions would also have caused structural problems. For example, the end boards would not have settled neatly into place without making suitable chamfers at the ends of the ceiling beams. However, this was not mentioned in the instructions. Building the roof also proved to be challenging, as it was difficult to dimension the given dimensions correctly in practice. It would have been useful to add to the instructions, for example, a tip to use the end boards as a measuring tool or reference when positioning the roof.
In general, the instructions with pictures alone were not clear enough for such demanding assembly work. For someone who has assembled several similar saunas before, these things are probably self-evident, but without previous experience, some of the work steps were unnecessarily challenging and required a lot of your own reasoning.
Although several challenges were encountered during the assembly, they were resolved and the sauna was successfully completed. The end result meets expectations, and we are satisfied with the finished product. However, I hope that the assembly instructions will be developed to be more detailed in the future, for example, with a complete parts list, written work steps, and critical measurement and fitting points. This would make it easier, especially for first-time users, and would make the assembly process much smoother.
We understand that with different language options, there would be a lot of installation instructions, but at least the English instructions would exist. After the assembly work, an extra part was left, the L-list, for which we can't find a place, and it's not even in the assembly instructions. Is it possible that we accidentally got it?
