Traditional Cottage
The Lillevilla Paasvesi measures 565 cm in width, 390 cm in depth, and has a ridge height of nearly 350 cm. The sidewall height is 235 cm. The smaller room measures 1.62 x 1.48 m, while the bedroom with a door measures 2.28 x 2.15 m. The loft is 2.15 x 3.9 m, and the downstairs living area is 3.37 x 3.9 m, accommodating a small dining table with chairs and a sofa.
Included in the Delivery
The product package includes logs, doors, windows, floorboards, roof boards, fittings, nails, and screws. Threaded rods for securing the corners are also included. The cabin’s floorboards are 21 mm thick, and the logs are 44 mm thick with a double tongue-and-groove design, making the structure especially sturdy.
The delivery includes black shingles. Tile roofing is not recommended. The roofing material must be installed immediately after the building is assembled.
The cabin parts are pre-processed at the factory. However, since assembly is required, make sure you have common tools such as a measuring tape, spirit level, hammer, saw, screwdriver, and drill.
Surface Treatment
The building’s surface treatment must be carried out immediately after assembly, weather permitting. Use breathable surface treatment products specifically designed for log surfaces. Paints that create non-breathable plastic films must not be used.
