Thermo Pine Lumber is Nordic pine that has been thermally modified with heat and steam — no chemicals. The process permanently lowers the wood’s equilibrium moisture content, so the boards barely react to changes in humidity: they stay straight, resist rot and fungal decay, and hold their shape season after season. The result is a warm, even, chocolate-brown timber that machines cleanly and finishes beautifully. These are planed (smooth-surface) boards in grade AB — a clean, consistent visual quality suitable for demanding exterior and interior work: façades and soffits, terraces and screens, garden structures, furniture, saunas and interior detailing. Because thermo pine is up to ~30–40% lighter than untreated pine and far more stable, it is easier to handle and lasts dramatically longer outdoors.

We keep eight standard cross-sections in stock and price them transparently by the linear metre.

2. install decking boards with fasteners
3. installation is faster and easier with this system because you need no screws to fix boards or fasteners.
4. with the supporting structure installed, you’ve got most of the work done already.

6. fasteners’ special plastic compound offers maximum resistance to hot and cold cycles eliminating the risk of deterioration.

Technical specifications:

Thermal modification is a 100% natural method for increasing the durability and dimensional stability of wood, likewise for reducing water absorption. During the process, the wood is heated to a temperature of 180-220°C, while lowering the mois- ture content of the wood up to 4-6 %. The lumber used for TM is checked and certified.
