The fully automated production process allows for cutting metal sheets to the required length and therefore the delivery of most unusual orders, accompanied by a reduction of waste. Blachotrapez offers metal tiles in over ten colors, coated with polyester, Pladur® Eco Protect ThyssenKrupp, aluminum and Colorcoat HP2000® Ultra. The lightweight of metal tiles is their particular advantage. 1 sq m of metal sheet weighs approx. 4,5 kg. Thanks to its lightness, a metal tile roof does not burden nor affect the structure of the entire building.
