On Factory.Sale, PayPal payments are available for selected orders. After your order details are confirmed, Factory.Sale sends you a PayPal payment link. The payment is made in EUR and the order is processed after the payment has been received.

How PayPal payments work on Factory.Sale

Step 1 – Confirm the order
The buyer and Factory.Sale confirm the product, price, delivery details and order conditions.

Step 2 – Receive a PayPal payment link
Factory.Sale sends the buyer a PayPal payment link for the confirmed order amount.

Step 3 – Pay securely through PayPal
The buyer completes the payment through PayPal. Depending on the buyer’s country and PayPal account settings, PayPal may offer different available payment options.

Step 4 – Factory.Sale confirms the payment
Once the payment has been received, Factory.Sale confirms the order internally and starts processing the purchase.

Step 5 – Order processing and delivery
The order is prepared and delivered according to the agreed terms.

Payment terms

PayPal payments on Factory.Sale are made in EUR unless agreed otherwise.

The buyer pays 100% of the product amount before the order is processed.

Delivery costs, if applicable, are confirmed separately before the payment link is sent.

PayPal payments are available for selected orders and are confirmed by Factory.Sale before payment.

Currency conversion fees may apply if the buyer pays from another currency. Any applicable currency conversion or payment-related fees are shown by PayPal during the payment process.

Buyer protection

PayPal may offer Buyer Protection for eligible purchases. This can be helpful for international buyers who want additional confidence when placing an order.

PayPal Buyer Protection may apply if:

the item does not arrive, or
