The programmable weekly timer allows the heater to be switched on and off automatically on selected days of the week and at selected times. The control unit also offers versatile remote-control functions. In addition, indicator and control signals can be transmitted to external devices. A separate sensor is included.

HARVIA XENIO CX170 CONTROL UNIT:

With the easy-to-use and clear touch panel, you can adjust the sauna temperature, operating time, lighting, and ventilation. The compact touch panel can be installed wherever you prefer: in the sauna, bathroom, changing room, or even the living room. The control panel can be wall-mounted or flush-mounted into the wall so that it blends seamlessly into the wall surface. With the optional LTY17 power extension unit, the maximum load capacity of the control unit can be increased to 34 kW.
The control unit includes a 5-metre data cable. A 10-metre data cable is available as a replacement for the original cable. The data cable can also be extended with a 20-metre extension cable.

If a heating element needs to be replaced, it can be done quickly and easily because the entire heating element module can be pulled out of the heater.
Other maintenance requirements have also been taken into account from the very beginning of the heater’s design.

Use only split-face stones intended specifically for sauna heaters. Suitable stone materials include peridotite, olivine diabase, and olivine.
Note: Ceramic “stones” and soft soapstones must not be used. These materials do not absorb sufficient heat during heating and may cause damage to the heating elements.
Stacking the sauna stones: Rinse stone dust from the stones before placing them in the heater. Do not drop the stones into the stone compartment. Stack the stones loosely so that air can circulate between them. Do not form a pile of stones on top of the heater.
