UKU reed boards are a natural and sustainable building material made from high-quality reeds harvested from Lake Võrtsjärv.

A perfect example of combining local resources with traditional craftsmanship, these reed boards are carefully crafted from the finest Võrtsjärv reeds, cut with precision, and stitched together by hand using durable metal wire.

Reed, a fast-growing and renewable plant, contributes to maintaining wetland biodiversity, balancing the environment, and purifying water bodies from agricultural chemicals through controlled harvesting.

Applications:

1-Plaster base boards: Ideal as a base layer for natural plasters, providing a stable and durable foundation.
2-Decorative boards: A stylish and practical choice for interior design, as well as for building garden structures and shelters.
UKU reed boards combine aesthetics and functionality while supporting environmentally friendly construction solutions.
