Effective insulation and isolation for pipelines. Our product range includes the easily installable MAT system, developed for efficient insulation of above-ground heating networks. The MAT system is a specialized rigid polyurethane foam insulation for pipelines, ideal for the insulation of pipes in heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems, heating devices, heat exchangers, water heaters, filters, and fittings. The modern MAT System for pipeline insulation is designed to fit pipelines with diameters ranging from DN25 to DN1000 according to standard F14-B-02421: 2000. The pipeline covers have a special cylindrical shape that makes their installation simple and efficient.
They consist of two halves, covered with a protective coating that ensures the durability and effectiveness of the insulation. Types of protective coatings in the MAT system are versatile and include:
Galvanized steel sheet: protects pipelines from corrosion and physical damage.
Painted galvanized steel sheet (available in several different colors): offers a versatile color selection while protecting pipes from corrosion.
Aluminum sheet: durable and lightweight, suitable for outdoor conditions.
Thermal insulation roof covering: ideal protection against extreme weather conditions.
PVC film: waterproof and durable coating.
Features and benefits of the MAT system insulation board are multifaceted:
The MAT System provides effective insulation, helping to maintain heat and cooling efficiency in pipelines.
Low λ-factor (<0.0263 W/mK at 40°C): the insulation material has low thermal conductivity, helping to reduce heat loss.
Optimal density of the insulation material ensures durability and strength, Apparent density (40-60 kg/m³).
Very low water absorption (about 3%): waterproof insulation that maintains its properties even in moist conditions.
Excellent chemical resistance (resistant to solvents, petroleum products, diluted acids and bases, as well as rot and decomposition), ensuring the long life of the MAT System even in challenging environmental conditions.
Classification in the field of fire sensitivity – class E according to the standard PN-EN 13501-1 + a: 2010, providing additional safety in terms of fire safety.
Organic and chemically and biologically inert: The MAT System does not react chemically or biologically, ensuring its long lifespan.
Easy assembly: Installation of the MAT System is straightforward and efficient.
In addition to these features, we also offer a 5-year warranty, confirming the durability and efficiency of the MAT System.
