Place the grease drip pan (if desired, it can be filled with clean sand) and the cooking grate with the products to be smoked at the bottom of the smoking unit, right on the chips. The unit is carefully closed and placed on the grill or log fire to get heated. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to smoke a 1kg fish. Using your imagination, try poultry, sausages or for example cheese bread.
