The “TURISMO” hot smoking oven is designed for smoking fish, meat, and poultry. Due to its small size and light weight, it is convenient to take along to a summer cottage, country house, fishing, or to the seaside for a holiday. When installing and using the hot smoking oven, it is necessary to observe fire safety regulations and the required distances. More detailed information is available in the instruction manual.
The hot smoking oven is double-chambered, with both chambers being closable with doors. The lower chamber is for heating, through which the necessary temperature for smoking is maintained. The upper part is the smoking chamber, containing three baking grates and a grease pan located above the furnace ceiling to prevent dripping of fat onto the furnace ceiling and its subsequent burning.
The working temperature of the hot smoking oven is 110 degrees Celsius and above!
All types of wood can be used for heating! Only wood chips of wood types intended for smoking should be used on the floor of the baking chamber!
The interior and exterior walls of the smoking ovens are made of 2mm sheet steel, the bottom and ceiling of the furnace are made of 2.5 mm sheet steel, and the doors, grease pan, and chimney cap are made of 2 mm sheet steel. Externally, Stoveman smoking ovens are finished with heat-resistant paint that withstands high temperatures.
