A versatile outdoor building for living or storage
The Lillevilla Roine cabin is a spacious and sturdy outdoor building, ideal for accommodating summer guests. Alternatively, it also serves well as a storage space. The floor area of this model is just over 9 m², with both sides measuring 3 meters in length. The ridge height of the Lillevilla Roine cabin is approximately 252 cm. Both the window and door feature insulated safety glass (CE 4/6/4mm).
Included in the Delivery
The product package includes logs, a door, a window, floor and roof boards, fittings, nails, and screws. The floorboards of the cabin are 21 mm thick. The logs are 44 mm thick and feature a double tongue-and-groove system, making the structure especially sturdy.
Roofing material is not included in the delivery. We do not recommend tile roofing. The roofing material must be installed immediately after assembling the building.
The parts of the cabin are pre-processed at the factory. However, as assembly is required, ensure you have common tools such as a measuring tape, spirit level, hammer, saw, screwdriver, and drill.
Surface treatment
The surface treatment of the building must be carried out immediately after assembly, weather permitting. Use breathable surface treatment products specifically designed for log surfaces. Paints forming non-breathable plastic films must not be used.
