CLT Panel Saunas
We take innovation and sustainability to the next level with our saunas crafted from CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) panels. CLT is a revolutionary building material known for its strength, stability, and eco-friendliness, making it the perfect choice for creating durable and energy-efficient saunas.
Our CLT panel saunas offer a seamless blend of modern engineering and natural beauty. The cross-lamination process provides enhanced structural integrity and thermal performance, ensuring that your sauna retains heat efficiently while offering a sturdy, long-lasting construction.
Designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind, our CLT saunas deliver an unparalleled experience, combining the warmth of wood with the precision of advanced technology. Whether for residential or commercial use, a sauna made from CLT panels by GM WOOD is an investment in quality, sustainability, and relaxation.

CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) technology is a monolithic structure (panel) made of cross-glued layers of boards rotated 90 degrees relative to each other. CLT panels produced in our factory exceed industry quality standards and
highlight specific features that set their product apart from the competition.

Key Features of CLT:
A sauna made from CLT panels is superior to a barrel sauna or a classic frame assembly model in all technical and operational parameters.
1. Structural rigidity. Unique multilayered wood structures of CLT panels are not subject to deformation, do not swell from moisture and maintain stable geometry throughout their entire service life.
2. Exceptional structural strength. Allows it to withstand up to 15% more snow/wind loads – (with the consideration of compliance with all regulatory requirements for installation) compared to its analogues manufactured using standard frame structure technology.
3. Durability. Sauna made from CLT panels will last almost twice longer than any classic frame structure sauna.
4. Fire safety. Specific structure of CLT panels, (several layers of tightly connected wooden panels) have a very low burn rate of 0.67mm/min, providing the level of fire protection that exceeds the coefficient of burn rate of standard frame
structure.
5. Environmentally friendly materials. The sauna is completely environmentally friendly.
6. The low weight of the entire structure does not require a deep foundation for its installation.
7. Modern design, carefully thought-out room ergonomics.
8. Internal and external premium – quality factory wall finishing
9. Variability. The sauna can be delivered to the client in a factory-assembled, ready-to-use state, or can be delivered in the form of a DIY kit for on-site assembly.
The DIY kit comes with all necessary materials and assembly instructions. If you need an assembly service, please ask offer!
