I chose the parquet from the Factory Sale website. The descriptions of the company’s background and principles were important. The factory had also specified the amount of parquet I ordered (need / m2). This way we got just the right amount of parquet. The manufacturing and quality of the parquet was also described well on the website. In the process of ordering (choosing the parquet, answering several questions, delivering the parquet to Finland) the seller who speaks Finnish helped a lot. Thanks to him! A feeling of confidence came. Friendly and patient customer service contributed to ordering parquet. This was very important, since I myself did not see the parquet live. In the end, the transport to Finland took place almost as agreed. The weekend messed up the schedule a bit, at one point I didn’t know if the parquet shipment was coming or not, which I was worried about, because I had paid for the parquet and the transport in full. It was a bit difficult and uncertain to track the shipment online, the seller helped in this matter as well. But that’s where it came from! The parquet installer glued the parquet boards together. We are very pleased with the beautiful package.
